Service

At Customers’ request JSC “Electrotekhmontazh” fulfils servicing of the delivered equipment and renders additional services:

• Training of Customer’s personnel to work with the Company’s equipment both at the JSC “Electrotekhmontazh” base and by arranging trips to Customer’s objects;
• Manufacturing of the equipment that differs from samples, presented in catalogues in compliance with Customer’s technical assignment;
• Delivery of separate units and parts instead of damaged during operation;
• Customs clearing of documents in Ukraine;
• Delivery of the equipment to the destination point, stated by the Customer by any kind of transport;
• Information of customers of the Company products about changes in the design, equipment nomenclature by means of information leaflets.
